We will walk through your new home together with you at the completion of construction. At that time we will give you an orientation to all of the new features and functions of your home. Although we expect our quality to exceed your expectations, if by chance you discover any defects or problems with your home, we
will quickly correct them.
Together with the sale of your home we provide you with a copy of our Official Homeowner's Manual. This manual is designed to explain our warranty policies and most importantly to help you maintain your beautiful new home for years and years. Click this link to download/view a copy. Following close of escrow on your home, we will continue to follow-up with you on the condition of your home. At 30 days, a member of our staff will schedule an appointment to perform a courtesy inspection of your home to ensure everything is still in working order. And again at the 1-year mark of ownership of your home we will perform one more courtesy inspection.
