Snake River Homes, LLC was formed in 2007 by three individuals with over 30 years combined experience in the construction industry. Our vision is to develop something truly unique in the Upper Snake River Valley Area. In recent years, the housing industry in the Valley, particularly the Rexburg Area, has boomed; housing prices have escalated; and housing for the average American family is quickly becoming out of their reach. That's why we, at Snake River Homes, are seeking to build quality homes that our homebuyers can actually afford. We balance that together with striving to provide what local homebuyers actually want & need.
